Our customer is an innovative web-oriented creative agency. Its main competencies are branding, web concept creation and providing web-based solutions for the clients from different sectors.
The customer got a chance to occupy a market niche of software services for moving agencies worldwide. Their idea was to create an online-based platform that allows moving agents to carry on on-site visits without leaving the office, through the camera of client’s smartphone.
At the same time, the customer had neither detailed requirements to the platform nor necessary own resources and skills for implementing such a complicated web system. Besides, a limited budget was one of the key factors.
The first project phase included gathering and clarification of business requirements. We optimized the project scope and the architectural solution according to strict budget limitations. As a result, we achieved a good “business value/cost” ratio.

Flexible and fast-reacting approach gave the customer a possibility of early market entry in spite of relatively low investments. Outsourcing all stages of software development to an offshore partner helped the customer to use own resources more efficiently.
